Over time, our greatest impacts will be through our remarkable and diverse alumni. Ninety-seven percent of our graduates are employed or pursuing advanced training within a year of commencement. Our growing numbers of alumni from China take advantage of Cornell’s STEM program status, giving them excellent opportunities to work in the US, in China, or elsewhere around the world. These alumni are employed by leading private sector companies and health care systems, influential government agencies, intergovernmental health authorities, and non-governmental organizations, positioning themselves for lifetimes of impact. Some of our Chinese alumni also choose to pursue additional academic training, and have had great success in being accepted to top graduate programs.
